Bowman and Fitzhugh Capital GroupCAPITAL GROUP
Zurich's old town and the Hong Kong skyline merged into a single waterfront.

Two financial centres.
One group.

Licensed investment businesses in Hong Kong and Switzerland, each regulated in its own jurisdiction.

What the group is

Bowman and Fitzhugh Capital Group brings together regulated investment businesses in Hong Kong and Switzerland, serving private clients and their families across both regions.

Each company in the group holds its own licence, answers to its own regulator and contracts with clients in its own name. This page exists to show how the group is organised and to direct you to the right entity. It is not itself an operating company and offers no services.

How the group is organised

Two regulatory perimeters, kept deliberately separate. A client relationship sits with one entity, under one set of rules.

Where a relationship sits

Clients contract with one company, not with the group. Which one depends on where the relationship is booked and which licence covers the service.

Services are provided by the individual licensed companies

Bowman and Fitzhugh Capital Group is a collective description and is not a legal entity, a licensed institution or a party to any client agreement. Rights and obligations arise only under a written agreement with the relevant company, and are governed by the law of that company's jurisdiction.

Partnerships

Some client needs fall outside the licences the group holds. For these we work with selected specialist firms. Each is independently owned and remains responsible for its own services and its own regulatory standing.

WHERE WE WORK WITH SPECIALISTS

Introductions are made openly, and the client contracts directly with the firm concerned.
